Booking Policy

Important Notice:

A 30% deposit is required upon booking your reservation. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for changes to scheduled appointments to receive a deposit refund. Changes made within 24 hours will forfeit the 30% deposit.

Please note: We cannot guarantee service for customers arriving more than 15 minutes late. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session, but the full service fee will still apply. If we cannot accommodate a late arrival, the 30% deposit will be kept as a penalty fee.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the intended service will be charged.
